Nicholas Threlfall BSc FRICS, educated at Sandown Grammar School and following graduation from Portsmouth Polytechnic, spent the first 8 years of his career with Kent County Council dealing with a full range of professional matters, before joining Ward & Partners (subsequently Prudential Commercial) in 1987 as Manager of the Chatham Commercial Office.

Nick is Senior Partner of the Practice, with particular responsibility for agency, development, professional matters and client liaison. His specialism is office agency/investment, with a particular focus on high quality business park developments.

Married with two children and a menagerie, Nick has little sporting prowess (largely due to his waif like physique) and was described by his sports master as "tries hard, but lacks ability". His achievements in running at school, where he put in a credible performance in cross country marathons, have tempered to a liking of walking, particularly on beaches. A moderate petrol-head, and enthusiast of the Isle of Wight where he grew up - engage him on either of these subjects at your peril !
